Angleški opis: The amount of resources allocated to public schools from the state and municipal budgets is determined on the basis of norms and standards issued by the Minister of Education. Norms and standards specify the measures to be implemented for the formation of classes and groups, and therefore also the standards and norms for determining the number of employees required and the measurements used to calculate the material expenses of each group.
